1. Can I return my product?

Of course, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange the product. They can´t be returned or exchanged items of underwear, swimsuits and socks.

 

2. What is the deadline to return a product?

The deadline for returns both home and Andrehas street stores will be 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

 You can try on the clothes of your order but if you want to do a return they must be labeled and in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with their labels, original packaging and without any arrangements) and you have to give us the corresponding delivery note.

 

3. What is the price to return a product?

For Nationals orders (Mainland Spain and Mainland Portugal) all the returns are free.

For Internationals and Balearic orders the direct prices of the returns will be paid by the client. These will be the equivalent to the return transport (read the section 8, shipment and transport)

Intercontinental orders (Canada, USA) the direct prices of the returns will be paid by the client. These will be the equivalent to the return transport. (read the section 8, shipment and transport).

This cost will be reduced from the total amount of credit..

 

4. What are the steps to return a product?

If you want to return an item purchased on www.andrehas.com, we recommend you that you do it quickly and easily by going to one of our shops Andrehas or by providing the pickup address.

To make a return from home, you can request it through the email address devoluciones@andrehas.com indicating the order number. After verifying all the information, we will send a courier to pick up your package.

 

The steps to do a return from home are the following: 

- 1) Request the return by sending an email to devoluciones@andrehas.com, indicating the number of the order.

- 2) Deliver to the courier the closed box at the address indicated to us. 

- 3) Receive in the coming days the amount of your refund by the method of payment used in your purchase.

 

5. When will I receive my refund?  

When we have checked the return and your bank have processed the amount (the estimated time varies depending on the bank), you will receive an e-mail confirmation stating that the return proceeded correctly.

 

6. What should I do if my refund is incorrect?  

If the amount of your return was incorrect, please contact our sales department via email devoluciones@andrehas.com and we solve the problem as soon as possible. Please note that www.andrehas.com reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same condition in which they were sent.

When it comes to exchanges at home, andrehas.com provides you with a service of size change for national shipments. The process is equal to a return, but specifying the new size that you want. For international shipments it will be necessary to request a refund and make a new purchase online.

 The products purchased in www.andrehas.com can always be changed only in the case of a change in the size or color of the same item, if its price has not changed, if the item is in perfect condition and if we have it in stock.
